Vegan Wok Choice

Anyone can cook using

My sauce

- 1 chicken breast (about 200 grams)
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 4–10 Thai chilies (adjust for spiciness; frying reduces heat)
- 2 tablespoon oil for frying
- 2 tablespoon of "MY SAUCE"
- 1 handful of Thai holy basil leaves

How to make

1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the Thai chilies and stir-fry until they start to release their aroma.
4. Add the chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces, and cook until browned and cooked through.
5. Stir in MY SAUCE and cook for an additional 2 minutes. (add a little water if too dry)
6. Add the Thai holy basil leaves and cook until wilted.
7. Serve hot, and enjoy your meal!


Cooking time: approximately 10 minutes.
